Also the procedures of handling Linen, stewarding items, engineering items, stationary items, etc. were taught in the training programme. All the computer codes for F&B, housekeeping, stewarding and laundry were created by me with the help of concerned department heads.
• A mock up room each based on the Hilton European / American standards as per the concept given by Hilton’s International Architects .
• A cost saving of approximately 20% achieved due to customisation of the materials as per the local materials matching the Hilton standards.
• Local samples developed for 95 % of the materials being used by Hilton worldwide.
• Database of at least 4-5 vendors for each material being used developed for further use on the projects.
• Hilton Design Standards cross checked with the local requirements and change as per the local conditions recommended.
